Directions, Hours & Services

We will be open longer hours on Wednesday, Jan. 18. Plan to arrive for first-come, first-served care from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.

Regular office Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Our office is open during these hours, but health services are offered only during the times listed below.

Medical Urgent Care Clinic Hours

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:30 a.m.

  • Tuesday, Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. We see patients  on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Dental Care

Dental careis by appointment only.  You must first fill out an application. Applications are available at the front desk of the Free Clinic,  4100 Plomondon Street, Vancouver WA 98661 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Due to a high volume of applications, the waiting period could be one to three months.

Vision Care

Vision exams are available by appointment only. If you would like a vision appointment, please come to the Free Clinic , located at 4100 Plomondon Street, Vancouver WA 98661, to fill out a vision appointment application. You will be contacted when an appointment is available.

You might have to wait one to four months for a basic eye exam. The wait for a medical eye exam such as diabetic, cataract or glaucoma could take up to one month.

Immunizations

If you have a family doctor: Make an appointment for your children’s immunizations with your doctor.

If you do not have a family doctor: The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington immunization services for children are offered:

  • First and third Wednesday of each month from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Sign-in begins at 5 p.m. These clinics are walk-in, first come, first served.
  • Please bring all of your child’s immunization records with you.

Limited immunizations for adults are offered the 4th Wednesday of each month from 1 – 3 p.m. These clinics are also walk-in, first-come, first-served. Please bring your immunization records with you.

The Free Clinic is closed on several major U.S. holidays. In 2017, we are closed on:

  • Memorial Day: May 29

  • Independence Day: July 4

  • Labor Day: Sept. 4

  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after: Nov. 23 & 24

  • Christmas: Dec. 25

Other Services:

Health Screening Clinic

Clinic runs from 8:30 – 11:30 am every Friday. Nurses screen blood pressure, blood sugar (glucose), and the fats in your blood (cholesterol) for uninsured adults. For glucose and/or cholesterol testing, you must fast at least 8 hours before the appointment.
